Articolo primo

a) Il Ducato di Milano riconosce il Regno di Albania, le sue istituzioni e le sue cariche, come Stato indipendente, autonomo e sovrano, facente parte del Regno di Albania.

Articolo secondo

a) Il Corpo Diplomatico del Ducato di Milano, composto dal Duca, dal Gran Ciambellano, dal Cancelliere e dall'Ambasciatore Milanese, dispone dell'immunità diplomatica su tutto il territorio definito appartenente al Regno di Albania.

Gli effetti delle immunità sono riconducibili alla non processabilità per tutti i reati esclusi quelli previsti dal comma seguente.

d) Per i reati quali il brigantaggio, l’assalto ai municipi o l’assalto al Castello della capitale, i rappresentanti diplomatici di entrambe i contraenti rimangono processabili e saranno giudicati secondo le leggi in vigore nella provincia ospite.

Articolo terzo

a) Il Ducato di Milano autorizza la libera circolazione su tutto il suo territorio da parte del Corpo Diplomatico (ove per corpo Diplomatico si intende Gran Ciambellano e ambasciatori) del Regno di Albania.
Il Regno di Albania autorizza la libera circolazione su tutto il suo territorio da parte del Corpo Diplomatico del Ducato di Milano (ove per corpo Diplomatico si intende Gran Ciambellano e ambasciatori).

b) In caso di chiusura delle Frontiere di una delle parti contraenti, il Corpo Diplomatico dovrà dare conferma della propria presenza al Prefetto e al Capitano della Provincia ospitante che altresì dovranno assicurare l’incolumità dei Diplomatici stranieri.

Articolo quinto

a) Se una degli Stati firmatari, desiderasse annullare il presente trattato, deve necessariamente farne dichiarazione scritta all'altra Provincia. Il trattato sarà allora considerato caduco una settimana dopo la ricezione della suddetta comunicazione.

b) Il presente trattato è scritto in tre versioni, una italiana, una inglese ed una albanese. Le tre versioni hanno lo stesso valore ed efficacia.

Art. 1

a) The Dukedom in Milan recognizes the Kingdom of Albania, its institutions and its positions, as independent, autonomous and sovereign.

d) For the crimes like as brigandage, assault to the town hall or to the Castle of the capital, the diplomatic representatives of both the contractors are actionable and they will be judged according to the laws effective in the guest province.

Art. 3

a) The Dukedom in Milan authorizes the free circulation on all of its territory of the Diplomatic Corps (where for Diplomatic Corps is intended the Gran Chamberlain and the Ambassador) of the Kingdom of Albania.

b) Present treaty is written in three versions, one in italian, one in english and one in albanian. The three versions have got the same value and effect.

III. Imuniteti diplomatik është një situatë subjektive ligjore e priveligjuar, njohur dhe e garantuar te disa përsona përshkak të lokacionit institucional të tyre dhe funksionit. Efektet e imunitetit nuk do të thotë që të mbrojnë nga të gjitha krimet, përveç atyre që janë shkruara më pas.

IV. Për krimet siq janë blerja e një sasia të madhe të mallrave në territorin e një krahine pa lejen e saj, sulmet ndaj një Kështjelle ose ndaj qyteteve, përfaqësuesit diplomatik nga të dyja vendet mund të diskutojnë dhe gjykojnë në bazë të ligjeve të asaj krahine.

Mbretëria e Arbërit lejon lëvizjen e lirë në të gjithë territorin e saj për Trupen Diplomatike të Duk. së Milanos

Neni 4

I. Mbretëria e Arbërit është e angazhuar për të mbrojtur Trupen Diplomatike të Duk. së Milanos në të gjithë territorin e saj dhe në çdo situatë.

II. Një përson, përfaqësues diplomatik konsiderohet i padhunueshëm. Një sulm ndaj tij ose një dështim për ta mbrojtur si duhet nga autoritetet e krahines ku qëndron është një shkelje serioze për palën tjetër.

Neni 5

I. Nëse një nga vendet nënshkruese dëshiron ta anuloj këtë traktat, ai duhet të dërgoj një deklaratë me shkrim për homologun të tij.
Traktati do të konsiderohet i anuluar një javë pas marrjes së këtij njoftimi.

II. Traktati është shkruar në tri versione, një në shqip, një në anglisht dhe një në italisht. Të tri versionet kanë të njëjten vlerë dhe efiktivitet.

III. Imuniteti diplomatik është një situatë subjektive ligjore e priveligjuar, njohur dhe e garantuar te disa përsona përshkak të lokacionit institucional të tyre dhe funksionit. Efektet e imunitetit nuk do të thotë që të mbrojnë nga të gjitha krimet, përveç atyre që janë shkruara më pas.

IV. Për krimet siq janë blerja e një sasia të madhe të mallrave në territorin e një krahine pa lejen e saj, sulmet ndaj një Kështjelle ose ndaj qyteteve, përfaqësuesit diplomatik nga të dyja vendet mund të diskutojnë dhe gjykojnë në bazë të ligjeve të asaj krahine.

Neni 5

I. Nëse një nga vendet nënshkruese dëshiron ta anuloj këtë traktat, ai duhet të dërgoj një deklaratë me shkrim për homologun të tij.
Traktati do të konsiderohet i anuluar një javë pas marrjes së këtij njoftimi.

II. Traktati është shkruar në tri versione, një në shqip, një në anglisht dhe një në italisht. Të tri versionet kanë të njëjten vlerë dhe efiktivitet.

Articolo primo

Articolo secondo

Gli effetti delle immunità sono riconducibili alla non processabilità per tutti i reati esclusi quelli previsti dal comma seguente.

d) Per i reati quali il brigantaggio, l’assalto ai municipi o l’assalto al Castello della capitale, i rappresentanti diplomatici di entrambe i contraenti rimangono processabili e saranno giudicati secondo le leggi in vigore nella provincia ospite.

Articolo terzo

a) Il Ducato di Milano autorizza la libera circolazione su tutto il suo territorio da parte del Corpo Diplomatico (ove per corpo Diplomatico si intende Ministro degli Esteri e ambasciatori) del Regno di Albania.
Il Regno di Albania autorizza la libera circolazione su tutto il suo territorio da parte del Corpo Diplomatico del Ducato di Milano (ove per corpo Diplomatico si intende Gran Ciambellano e ambasciatori).

b) In caso di chiusura delle Frontiere di una delle parti contraenti, il Corpo Diplomatico dovrà dare conferma della propria presenza al Prefetto e al Capitano della Provincia ospitante che altresì dovranno assicurare l’incolumità dei Diplomatici stranieri.
Il Corpo diplomatico prima di compiere ogni azione deve ricevere un pm di avvenuta lettura della comunicazione.

c) In caso di necessità imminente, il Principe del Ducato di Milano può esigere la partenza dell'ambasciata del Regno di Albania. L'ambasciatore dispone quindi di una settimana di tempo per lasciare il territorio di Milano.

Articolo quinto

a) Se una degli Stati firmatari, desiderasse annullare il presente trattato, deve necessariamente farne dichiarazione scritta all'altra Provincia. Il trattato sarà allora considerato caduco una settimana dopo la ricezione della suddetta comunicazione.

b) Il presente trattato è scritto in tre versioni, una italiana, una inglese ed una albanese. Le tre versioni hanno lo stesso valore ed efficacia.

Art. 1

a) The Dukedom in Milan recognizes the Kingdom of Albania, its institutions and its positions, as independent, autonomous and sovereign.

The effects of the immunities are referable to the fact that this person can’t be judged for all the crimes excluded those foreseen in the following paragraph.

d) For the crimes like as brigandage, assault to the town hall or to the Castle of the capital, the diplomatic representatives of both the contractors are actionable and they will be judged according to the laws effective in the guest province.

Art. 3

a) The Dukedom in Milan authorizes the free circulation on all of its territory of the Diplomatic Corps (where for Diplomatic Corps is intended the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Ambassador) of the Kingdom of Albania.
The Kingdom of Albania authorizes the free circulation on all of its territory of the Diplomatic Corps of the Dukedom in Milan (where for Diplomatic body is intended the Gran Chamberlain and the Ambassador).

b) In case of closing of the Frontiers of one of the contracting parts, the Diplomatic Corps will have to give confirmation of his own presence to the Prefect and the Captain of the guest province who will also have to assure the safety of the foreign Diplomats.
The Diplomatic Corps before completing every action has to receive a pm of reading of the communication.

c) In case of imminent necessity, the Prince of the Dukedom in Milan can demand the departure from the Embassy of the Kingdom of Albania. The ambassador has therefore a week to leave the territory of Milan.

a) If one of signatory States wuold desire to annul the present treaty, it necessarily has to make written declaration of it to the other province. The treaty will be then considered ended a week after the receipt of the aforesaid communication.

b) Present treaty is written in three versions, one in italian, one in english and one in albanian. The three versions have got the same value and effect.
