Articolo 1
a) il Ducato di Milano riconosce la contea di Laighean, le sue istituzioni ed i suoi dignitari, come paese indipendente, autonomo e sovrano, parte dell'Irlanda. Articolo 2
a) Il Corpo diplomatico del Ducato di Milano, composta dal Duca, il Gran Ciambellano, il Cancelliere e l'ambasciatore di Milano, dispone dell'immunità diplomatica su tutto il territorio definito come appartenente alla contea di Laighean. Il Corpo Diplomatico della Contea di Laighean, composta dal Duca, il Cancelliere, il rettore e l'Ambasciatore di Laighean dispone dell'immunità diplomatica su tutto il territorio definito appartenente al Ducato di Milano.
b) Il Ducato di Milano può dichiarare un membro del Corpo Diplomatico di Laighean, escluso il Duca e il Cancelliere, "persona indesiderabile". Ciò comporta la revoca dello status di rappresentante diplomatico nel ducato di Milano per tale membro. La Contea di Laighean può dichiarare un membro del Corpo Diplomatico del Ducato di Milano, escluso il Duca e il Gran Ciambellano, "persona indesiderabile". In tal caso, dal momento in cui viene dichiarato indesiderabile, il soggetto ha una settimana (7 aggiornamenti sistema) per lasciare il territorio dello Stato presso il quale era inviato.
c) tutti i diplomatici godono dell'immunità diplomatica. L'immunità diplomatica è definita come il privilegio dei diplomatici di non essere perseguibili dal tribunale della Stato che li ospita. L'immunità diplomatica riguarda sia le azioni relative alle attività diplomatiche che qualsiasi altro crimine, esclusi i reati descritti nel paragrafo successivo.
d) Per i reati violenti come rapina o rivolta (assalto del Municipio di una qualsiasi delle città dello Stato ospitante o del castello della capitale), tutti i rappresentanti diplomatici sono perseguibili e saranno giudicati secondo le leggi vigenti nello Stato ospitante. In tal caso lo Stato ospitante ha un giorno per informare del reato il Duca dello Stato ospite.
Articolo 3
a) il Ducato di Milano autorizza la libera circolazione su tutto il suo territorio per il Corpo Diplomatico del Laighean (dove il Corpo Diplomatico è definito come il Cancelliere, Vice Cancelliere e gli Ambasciatori). La Contea di Laighean autorizza la libera circolazione su tutto il suo territorio per il corpo diplomatico del Ducato di Milano (dove il Corpo Diplomatico è definito come il Gran Ciambellano e gli Ambasciatori).
b) In caso di chiusura delle frontiere di una delle parti firmatarie, il Corpo Diplomatico dovrà dare conferma della propria presenza al Duca e al Capitano della provincia ospite che dovrà anche garantire la sicurezza dei diplomatici stranieri . Il Corpo Diplomatico prima di completare ogni azione deve ricevere un pm con la conferma di lettura della comunicazione.
c) In caso di necessità imminente, il Duca di Milano può esigere la partenza dell'ambasciatare del Laighean. L'ambasciatore da quel momento ha una settimana (7 aggiornamenti sistema) per lasciare il territorio di Milano. Articolo 4

Tutti i rappresentanti diplomatici dal momento della loro nomina devono essere considerati sotto protezione. Un attacco contro di loro o la mancanza di adeguata protezione costituisce una grave offesa alla controparte.
Articolo 5
a) Se una delle parti firmatarie manifestasse la volontà di annullare il presente Trattato, dovrà inviare alla controparte adeguata dichiarazione scritta. Il Trattato viene considerato decaduto trascorsa una settimana (7 aggiornamenti sistema) dal ricevimento di detta comunicazione.
b) Il presente trattato è scritto in due versioni, una in italiano e una in inglese. Le due versioni hanno lo stesso valore ed efficacia.

TREATY REGARDING THE STATUS OF THE AMBASSADORS OF MILAN AND LAIGHEAN
Article 1
a) The Duchy of Milan recognizes the County of Laighean, its institutions and its dignitaries, as an independent, autonomous and sovereign country, part of Ireland. The County of Laighean recognizes the Duchy of Milan, its institutions and its dignitaries, as an independent, autonomous and sovereign country, part of the Sacrum Romanorum Imperium Nationis Germanicæ.
b) The embassy of Milan in Laighean is considered sovereign territory of the Duchy of Milan. The embassy of Laighean in Milan is considered sovereign territory of the County of Laighean.
Article 2
a) The Diplomatic Corps of the Duchy of Milan, composed by the Duke, the Gran Chamberlain, the Chancellor and the Ambassador of Milan, has diplomatic immunity on the whole territory defined as belonging to the County of Laighean. b) The Duchy of Milan can declare a member of the Diplomatic Corps of Laighean, excluding the Duke and Chancellor, "not welcome person". The County of Laighean can declare a member of the Diplomatic Corps of the Duchy of Milan, excluding the Duke and Gran Chamberlain, "not welcome person". In such case the "not welcome person" has one week (7 resets) to leave the territory declaring them "not welcome person".
c) All diplomats are covered by diplomatic immunity. Diplomatic immunity is a privilege of the position of diplomat, to not allow prosecution in the host county's court of law. This immunity covers actions related to their diplomatic activity and any other crime excluding those crimes that are described in following paragraph.
d) For violent crimes like as highway robbery or revolt (assault of any host county town hall or the Castle of the capital), all diplomatic representatives are chargeable and they will be judged according to the laws effective in the guest province. In such cases the host province must notify the Duke of the guest's province of the offense within one day.
Article 3
a) The Duchy of Milan authorizes the free circulation on all of its territory for the Diplomatic Corps of Laighean (where the Diplomatic Corps is defined as the Chancellor, Vice Chancellor and the Ambassadors). The County of Laighean authorizes the free circulation on all of its territory for the Diplomatic Corps of the Duchy of Milan (where the Diplomatic Corps is defined as the Gran Chamberlain and the Ambassadors).
b) In case of closing of the Borders of one of the signatory parties, the Diplomatic Corps will have to give confirmation of his own presence to the Duke and the Captain of the guest province who will also have to assure the safety of the foreign Diplomats. The Diplomatic Corps before completing every action has to receive a pm with confirmation of reading of the communication.
c) In case of imminent necessity, the Duke of Milan can demand the departure from the Embassy of Laighean . The ambassador has from that point one week (7 resets) to leave the territory of Milan. Article 4
a) The Duchy of Milan is responsible to protect and to help the Diplomatic Corps of Laighean on all of its territory and in every situation. The County of Laighean is responsible to protect and to help the Diplomatic Corps of the Duchy of Milan on all of its territory and in every situation.
b) Gran Chamberlain of Milan or Chancellor of Laighean or the Duke of either county may nominate the diplomat representatives of their respective counties. All diplomatic representatives upon their nomination shall be considered under protection. An attack against them or missed suitable protection from the guest province constitutes a serious offense to the counterpart.
Article 5
a) If one of signatory Counties wishes to annul the present Treaty, it a written declaration of such intent must be sent to the other province. The Treaty will be then considered ended one week (7 resets) after the receipt of the aforesaid communication.
b) The present Treaty is written in two versions, one in Italian and one in English. The two versions have the same value and effect.
