- [rp]Trattato delle relazioni diplomatiche tra il Regno d'Inghilterra e il Ducato di Milano (SRING)
Questo trattato è sancito per stabilire un rapporto diplomatico di base tra i territori di cui sopra. Avrà, quindi, come scopo quello di stabilire i diritti dell'Ambasciata e dell' Ambasciatore(i), così come di tutto il personale dell'Ambasciata all'interno di ciascun territorio.
Articolo uno - definizione dei Reggenti Il Regno di Inghilterra è governato da un Monarca (o Reggente se la sede è vacante).
Il Ducato di Milano è governato da un Duca/Duchessa.
Articolo due - Ambasciata 1. A) Il Regno d'Inghilterra riconosce il Ducato di Milano come una provincia del Sacro Romano Impero (Sring), con tutta l'indipendenza, l'autonomia e la sovranità permessagli. B) il Ducato di Milano riconosce il Regno d'Inghilterra come un paese indipendente, autonomo e sovrano.
2) Il Regno di Inghilterra ed il Ducato di Milano devono essere fornite di un'ambasciata nel territorio dell'altro firmatario e qui vi sarà concessa tutta la libertà che sarebbe disponibile nel proprio rispettivo territorio.
Articolo tre - Ambasciatore, protezione diplomatica e immunità diplomatica 1. A) Il Regno d'Inghilterra e il Ducato di Milano mantengono il diritto di rifiutare un inviato diplomatico dall' altro territorio, per qualsiasi motivo e di richiedere una sostituzione per qualsiasi motivo.
B) Il Regno di Inghilterra e il Ducato di Milano si adoperano per garantire la sicurezza delle visite dell'Ambasciatore (i) dell' altro territorio e concedono a loro il diritto di libero transito attraverso i propri territori e si sforzano di fornire ogni aiuto per l'Ambasciatore del altro territorio(i) in questione, con o senza una richiesta da parte di quell'Ambasciatore (i).
C) L'Ambasciatore(i) deve avere l'immunità diplomatica da processi, così come nel territorio dell'altro firmatario. Se viene segnalato qualche Ambasciatore (i) di aver commesso un reato grave, questa immunità sarà considerato automaticamente rimossa, ma per reati minori, il Reggente può rimuovere l'immunità diplomatica dal proprio ambasciatore(i), al fine di perseguirli.
D) I reati gravi sono quegli atti che sono considerati reati di disordine pubblico, Tradimento, o Alto Tradimento nelle leggi del territorio in cui il reato è stato accusato di essere stato commesso. Se un reato è sospettato di essere stato commesso, il territorio interessato informerà le autorità degll'altro territorio circa lo stato diplomatica del rappresentante(i) coinvolti e i dettagli del processo, nel caso in cui venga aperto.
E) Qualsiasi Ambasciatore in visita nell'altro territorio deve fornire informazioni con sufficiente anticipo, di almeno tre (3) giorni prima dell'arrivo, al fine di informare le autorità competenti della visita.
Articolo quattro – Richiamo ed Espulsione In caso di necessità o di emergenza, il Sovrano o Duca appropriato può richiamare il proprio ambasciatore(i) dall' altro territorio.
Inoltre, il Sovrano o Duca ha il diritto, in caso di emergenza o per necessità, di espellere l'ambasciatore e la delegazione diplomatica dell' altro territorio con un tempo di preavviso di non meno di due settimane per rimuovere gli stessi.
Articolo cinque – Annullamento del Trattato delle relazioni diplomatiche Qualora sia desiderio del Regno di Inghilterra o del Ducato di Milano di annullare questo trattato, è necessario che il richiedente scriva una dichiarazione ufficiale in conformità con le proprie leggi, ed invii una copia ai funzionari del territorio di riferimento. Il trattato sarà considerato annullato dopo due settimane, durante le quali a ogni Ambasciatore(i) e alla delegazione diplomatica può essere richiesto di allontanarsi dal territorio dell'altro firmatario.
Artisolo sei - Traduzione Questo trattato di relazioni diplomatiche è scritto in inglese e italiano. Entrambe le versioni saranno considerate valide e corrette; Tuttavia, la versione scritta nella lingua principale del Regno deve essere sempre considerata legale ed utilizzabile nei tribunali della legge di quel Regno.
Questo noi stabiliamo in questo giorno 18 del settembre, 1464, su nostri troni nella Torre di Londra, davanti al popolo e a Dio stesso.

This treaty is to establish a basic Diplomatic Relationship between the above territories. It will, therefore, establish the rights of the Embassy and the Ambassador(s), as well as all Embassy staff within each territory.
Article One – Definitions of Ruler The Kingdom of England is ruled by a Monarch (or Regent if there is no sitting Monarch).
The Duchy of Milan is ruled by a Duke/Duchess.
Article Two – Embassy 1. A) The Kingdom of England recognizes the Duchy of Milan as a province of the Holy Roman Empire (SRING), with all according independence, autonomy, and sovereignty. B) The Duchy of Milan recognizes the Kingdom of England as an independent, autonomous and sovereign country.
2) The Kingdom of England and the Duchy of Milan shall each be given an Embassy within the other signatory's territory and it shall be given all freedoms that would be available in their respective territory.
Article Three – Ambassador, Diplomatic Protection and Diplomatic Immunity 1. A) The Kingdom of England and the Duchy of Milan each maintain the right to refuse a diplomatic envoy from the other territory for any reason, and to request a replacement for any reason.
B) The Kingdom of England and the Duchy of Milan shall endeavour to ensure the safety of the other territory's visiting Ambassador(s), grant them the right to free passage through their territories, and shall endeavour to provide any help to the other territory's Ambassador(s) that is required, with or without a request from those Ambassador(s).
C) Ambassador(s) shall have diplomatic immunity from prosecution whilst within the other signatory's territory. If any Ambassador(s) is reported to have committed a serious crime, this immunity will be considered automatically removed, but for minor offences, the appropriate ruler can remove diplomatic immunity from their Ambassador(s) in order to prosecute them.
D) Serious crimes are considered to be those acts which are considered to be offences of Public Disorder, Treason, or High Treason in the Laws of the territory in which the crime was alleged to have been committed. If a crime is alleged to have been committed, the territory concerned will inform the authorities of the other territory about the diplomatic status of the representative(s) involved and the details of the trial, if any has been opened.
E) Any visiting Ambassador(s) to the other territory must provide sufficient advance notice, of at least three (3) days before arrival, in order to inform the appropriate authorities of the visit.
Article Four – Recall and Expulsion In the case of necessity or emergency, the appropriate ruler may recall their Ambassador(s) from the other territory.
Also, the appropriate ruler has the right, during an emergency or because of necessity, to expel the Ambassador and the Diplomatic Delegation of the other territory with a warning time of no less than two weeks to remove themselves.
Article Five – Cancellation of the Treaty of Diplomatic Relations Should either the Kingdom of England or the Duchy of Milan wish to cancel this treaty, it is necessary for the requesting party to write an Official Declaration in accordance with their laws, and to send a copy to the relevant territory’s officials. The treaty will be considered annulled after two weeks, during which each of the Ambassador(s) and the Diplomatic Delegation may be required to remove themselves from the other signatory's territory.
Article Six – Translation This Treaty of Diplomatic Relations is written in English and Italian. Both versions will be considered valid and correct; however, the version written in the main language of the Kingdom shall always be considered legal and usable in the Courts of Law of that Kingdom.
This We do on this 18th day of September, 1464, while upon Our thrones in the Tower of London before the people and Jah Himself.
